What Are You Thankful For?
It is the holiday season and a time to reflect on all that we are thankful for. Studies have shown that gratitude has been proven to increase a person’s well being. A study conducted by the University of California, San Diego in 2015, linked a it to Better mood, improved sleep quality, less fatigue and even better cardiac function. Research from the University of Kentucky found similar results. Their study showed that grateful people reflect more empathy and less aggression.
An Attitude of Gratitude
So, what is it that you are thankful for? This Thanksgiving, we took a minute to reflect on what we are thankful for and would like to extend a big thank you to all the Funky Divas and Dudes! You and your kids are a constant source of joy, and your love for fitness through dance brings a smile to our faces each and every day. Thank you for joining us on this rockin’ journey and sharing our love of dance and performing. You are all a constant inspiration and reminder that dance really does bring people together.
